Go Fiber!

My teacher in-service was great.  I’m so inspired to eat healthier…and to eat more fiber!  I’m not sure if I mentioned this before, but my OB looked at the pictures of the ultra-sound visit and because of the baby’s size, she thinks I’m only at 20 weeks now, rather than 22 weeks which was the original dating.  There is a possibility that the baby is just smaller too.  Kerri read that Asian women tend to have smaller babies, regardless of the husband’s size.  So anyway, my due date has officially been changed in the system, from February 24th to March 4th, 2006.  Just about everything else is going well.  Okay, I need to get going.  Hope all of you are doing well!

  1. Who knows that American doctors are thinking, eh?  Is this February a leap year?  I never know these things.  And it’s a blessing that Asian women have smaller babies… especially since they’re smaller in size in general.  Imagine carrying around a huge baby in a tiny womb…  praise God.
Anyway, hope you’re feeling better.  (BTW, my arm still hurts from you twisting it.  Haha… just kidding.)  Be faithful~

  2. wait does this mean you are going to have a litle fish baby. Awww! I’m a fish. (well a penguin but I am a pisces) You know that means… he’s gonna be one creative little thing ya know. I was a tiny baby too… TRUST me the boy will grow to be Big cause of Israel- thank God for smaller babies (less pain I would think, huh?)

  3. the funny thing about due dates is that only 5% of babies are born on their due dates…..trust me the baby comes when he/she is ready.  i had two due dates…september 17th and then the 28th, but noah decided to come on october 2nd.  i think i read somewhere that babies start sleeping better at about 10lbs. and i’m sure whether the baby is 5lbs or 10lbs it’s gonna be painful…not to scare you or anything.

p.s whether he is big or small or decides to come in february or march i’m sure you’ll by then you’ll be soooooooooooo ready for it just to come.  just enjoy being pregnant. because after the baby comes, all the attention will shift from you onto your adorable little boy and you’ll just be someones mom.
