GYC

GYC, formerly the General Youth Conference, is the largest grassroots movement in the Seventh-day Adventist Church today.  It was founded by Israel and his friend Justin in 2002.

Judy was part of the first executive committee, essentially serving as the first vice-president of programming and logistics.  She played a major role in developing the backstage procedures necessary in running live television programming which has taken place for the last 10 consecutive years.  Now, she is the secret person handling info@gycweb.org.

Israel also served with Judy as the first vice-president of programming and logistics.  Afterwards he became the second president of GYC–a position he held until his retirement in 2006.

GYC, arguably, has had the largest worldwide impact among Adventist youth in modern times.  We’re humbled and honored by our association with this great organization.
